Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to critically ill newborns and their families. This role requires expertise in emergency medicine, triage, and infectious disease care, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will work in an 18-bed intensive care unit serves patients receiving treatment for trauma, neurosurgery, pediatric cardiothoracic surgery, including extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) and other conditions.

• Hours: 7pm - 7am (every other weekend)
• Must have work authorization to work in the U.S.
• $39.42-$56.32
• $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS - eligible to those that qualify
• Relocation assistant available

Registered Nurse (RN) NICU Duties

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate families on neonatal health issues and provide emotional support during challenging times.
• Perform triage duties as necessary, ensuring timely intervention for critical cases.
• Maintain sterile processing protocols to prevent infections and ensure patient safety.
• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses accurately in medical records.

Registered Nurse (RN) NICU Experience
Candidates should have a background that includes:

• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
• AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period
