Our receptionist unexpectedly needed to resign due to unanticipated personal circumstances. As such, Getty Abstract & Title Company is looking to hire a Receptionist/Support Staff person. This is a full-time opening. Both entry level or experienced candidates invited to apply.
Duties include assisting customers in many phases, overseeing the reception area, client check-ins, fielding incoming calls, client status inquires, scheduling appointments, online calendaring invites, receipt and delivery of mail or parcels, and general office support.
You would be a primary point of contact such that customer service skills are paramount. You will work in partnership with coworkers and clients on scheduling and otherwise facilitating the closing of real estate matters or office appointments, along with varied communication with clients, lenders and realtors in person, via phone and email.
General office hours of 8 to 5 with overtime when required due to workload or seasonal demand. Opportunities to advance with experience and performance.
As touched on above, an engaging personality and customer service mindset is required. Previous reception/office work, title, real estate, mortgage or lending experience helpful but not required. Expect a fast paced professional, yet fun and casual office setting.
