What Youll Do
In this role youll play a critical part in supporting our HVAC Plumbing and Electrical teams by ensuring permits inspections and project documentation are handled accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the permit and inspection process from start to finish
• Following up with city offices and related agencies
• Assisting with scheduling project-related appointments
• Communicating directly and professionally with customers regarding inspections and project details
• Maintaining accurate data entry and organized digital records
• Supporting managers and technicians with timely reliable information
• Collaborating effectively with all departments within the company
• Working a dependable MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM schedule

Your attention to detail ensures our field teams can move quickly and confidently without delays.

What Were Looking For
Experience with residential HVAC plumbing electrical permitting or a similar service-based industry preferred
Strong administrative background with excellent follow-up skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Experience using Dropbox and the ability to learn new software quickly
Organized focused and dependable in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic approachable and confident communicator

Candidates selected for consideration will complete computer-based assessments evaluating basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
