### **Overview**
We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build a **custom theme from Figma designs** for a Japan-focused website. The project requires clean, scalable code and strong attention to detail.
### **Project Scope**
* Approximately **10 pages total**
* Top page: ~10 sections
* Sub pages: ~5 sections each
* Many pages contain **1–2 sections only**
* Fully **responsive and smartphone optimized**
* **Pixel-perfect implementation** required
### **Responsibilities**
* Convert Figma designs into a **custom WordPress theme**
* Write clean, maintainable code using best practices
* Ensure cross-device responsiveness and performance
* Deliver structured, scalable theme architecture
### **Requirements**
* Strong experience with **custom WordPress theme development** (no page builders)
* Proficiency in:
* HTML / CSS / SCSS
* PHP
* jQuery
* Ability to convert Figma designs into **high-quality front-end code**
* Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
