The Role
In your role as Systems Administrator , you will be responsible for the administration, support, maintenance and continuous improvement of our on‑premises and cloud information technology infrastructure and endpoints across our growing global footprint. You will be instrumental in ensuring optimal uptime of all servers, networks, and workstations by performing daily proactive event monitoring and regular systems maintenance according to our downtime schedule.
As an experienced IT professional, you will also use your knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems to support our software team in commissioning, maintaining and decommissioning hypervisors, virtual servers and networking infrastructure related to internal operations and client projects. Your skills in leveraging automation will allow you to effectively coordinate integrations between systems to improve access to information and enable the continued scaling of the business. Your customer service skills will allow you to successfully support internal and client users with IT support‑related queries and incidents on a day‑to‑day basis.
