This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth "hyper-scaler" as a foundational IT hire. You will be responsible for building the infrastructure that supports a growth trajectory over the next 18 months.
Architect the Bedrock: Own the deployment and maintenance of a core Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune environment designed for massive scale.
Lead M&A Integrations: Our client is growing via aggressive acquisition. You will be the technical lead for "Day 1" integrations—sunsetting legacy systems and migrating users into a unified, secure platform.
Secure a Distributed Workforce: Manage and secure 800+ (and growing) endpoints across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices using modern MDM strategies.
Build the Playbook: You aren't just following a process; you are writing the repeatable IT integration playbooks that will be used for years to come.
The Veteran: You have 7+ years of experience in enterprise systems administration, specifically within the Microsoft 365 stack.
The Specialist: You have deep, hands-on experience with Entra ID and Intune . If you can't talk through advanced conditional access policies or Autopilot configurations, this isn't the role for you.
The Hybrid Expert: You are equally comfortable managing macOS and iOS devices in an enterprise setting as you are with Windows.
The Compliance Mindset: You’ve worked in highly regulated environments (Healthcare, Finance, etc.) and understand how to maintain security without slowing down the business.
The Doer: You are a primary individual contributor who enjoys solving ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment.
