Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the RV purchasing process
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Utilize modern sales technology and marketing resources to connect with potential buyers
• Collaborate with the service and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent McKeever RV with integrity

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and listening skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using the internet, email, and social media for sales activities
• Team player with a positive, outgoing personality
• For experienced candidates: At least 2 years of sales experience with RVs, boats, or other high-ticket items, and a proven track record of closing sales
• For trainees: Willingness to learn, take direction, and build relationships with customers
