Job Description

We are seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Professional Fundraising Associates . This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in fundraising, nonprofit marketing, event coordination, and community outreach .

You will work directly with nonprofit organizations to support on-site fundraising campaigns and promotional events that raise awareness and generate donations for 501(c)(3) charitable partners.

No prior experience is required— paid training and mentorship are provided .

What We Do

We specialize in community-based fundraising and promotional marketing campaigns for nonprofit organizations. Our events take place at venues such as community events, festivals, street fairs, and retail activations , where we engage directly with the public to increase donations and awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of fundraising events
• Engage with donors, sponsors, and event attendees to promote nonprofit campaigns
• Represent nonprofit clients at community outreach and fundraising events
• Promote fundraising initiatives to increase participation and donation levels
• Track and report on campaign performance, donations, and engagement metrics
• Participate in structured training in sales, marketing, public speaking, and event coordination
• Support team efforts to meet fundraising and outreach goals

Qualifications

• Entry-level applicants encouraged; no experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with the public
