We are hiring our People & Culture Coordinator — the operational heartbeat of eJam HQ and one of the most trusted, visible seats at the company. This is a high-touch, high-trust role that keeps our headquarters running, our team energized, and our people experience exceptional. The work spans the full spectrum: setting up a new hire's workstation, managing facilities and outside vendors, planning a quarterly offsite, energizing an All Hands, greeting a candidate at the door, troubleshooting with the building when something breaks. If you are the person who notices everything, takes care of people without being asked, and leaves every place better than you found it — this is your seat.
This is an entry-level role with massive room to grow — and the scope will grow with you. As you build trust, you will start touching more of HR: deeper onboarding, employee experience programs, recruiting support, benefits coordination, and beyond. We want someone ready to wear many hats, take on new challenges, and stretch into whatever the business needs next. You will work cross-functionally with every department and with teammates around the world from radically different backgrounds and cultures.
