Description/Notes:

Snyder ISD is searching for a principal passionate about transforming lives and outcomes for our students while enjoying the charm and community of small-town living. Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will have a Master’s degree, hold a Texas Principal or other appropriate Texas certificate, and be a Certified Professional Development and Appraisal System appraiser.  

Salary Range:

$76,000-$118,847

Campus Leadership Incentive for Principals
The District contributes a percentage of the principal’s salary into a 401(a) account based on campus performance:
“A” Campus with at least “B” in Domain 3 - 40% of principal’s base salary
“B” Campus with at least a “B” in Domain 3 - 30% of  principal’s base salary
Campus Distinction - 2.5% of the principal’s base salary, paid per distinction. Employees become fully vested after 5 years of employment with the district, and must be employed on the last day of the plan year, 8/31, to be eligible for an incentive payment.
