Responsibilities: 

• Monitor hotel premises through regular patrols and surveillance to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Respond promptly and professionally to any security incidents or emergencies.
• Conduct night audit procedures including reconciling daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
• Balance and verify cash drawers, credit card transactions, and billing adjustments.
• Ensure all safety protocols and emergency procedures are strictly followed and documented.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and audit findings for management review.

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in hotel security, night auditing, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and maintain high alertness during late hours.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency with audit software or tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact politely with guests and team members.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency and high-pressure situations.
