As a Hospital Procedure Scheduler , you will serve as a central hub of coordination for hospital-based cardiac procedures. You'll be responsible for managing procedure scheduling, providing patients with preparation instructions, and ensuring accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR). Your role supports a wide variety of cardiac interventions, and you'll be an essential communication link between physicians, patients, and hospital departments.
This is an in-office, non-clinical position that requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and a compassionate, patient-first approach.
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 6 months of medical office experience required
Previous experience in cardiology or scheduling hospital procedures is highly preferred
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with EMR systems and basic healthcare terminology
Knowledge of insurance plans and referral processes is helpful

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Office-based role with moderate noise level
Frequent use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment
Occasional travel may be required
