Job Title: Home Health Aide (HHA) Private Duty Nursing
Service Location: Kingston Pa; surrounding areas in Lackawanna County PA
Shift: Weekday and weekend shifts full-time and part-time schedules available!
Rate: $14-$16/hr
Immediate Need: Kingston Pa
Schedule: 9 hours a day 5 days a week to accompany client with transportation to school ESY and medical appointments
Non School hours for assistance in home and EHHD while parents work

Responsibilities:

• Performs personal care/ household duties (e.g. dressing toileting feeding light housekeeping) in home/school setting
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide emotional/behavioral support
• Follows plan of care
• Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager

Available HHA Shifts:

Morning evening or overnight
8s 10s or 12s (full shift work)
PRN Part-Time or Full-time

Locations served:

• Dunmore PA
• Scranton PA
• Pittston PA
