Description/Notes:We are seeking a dynamic and visionary academic leader to join our Hamilton ISD team. The high school principal will be responsible for driving academic excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement for both students and staff. Building strong and genuine relationships with all stakeholders is a critical component of this instructional leadership position.
Qualifications:Masters degree; Principal Certification: T-TES certification; administrative experience preferred; minimum 3 years successful classroom experience preferred; demonstrated ability as an instructional leader; proven leadership skills; strong organizational skills; strong communication, public relation and interpersonal skills; technology literate; strong and consistent disciplinarian; working knowledge of secondary curriculum and instruction; ability to supervise personnel and manage campus budget; ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness; highly motivated toward student success; ability to interpret policy, procedures and data.
