What You’ll Lead
Seasonal menu development and planning
Ordering, inventory, vendor relationships, and food costing
BOH hiring, training, scheduling, and staff development
Maintaining sanitation, food safety, quality, and consistency
Communication with FOH leadership to ensure smooth service
What You Bring
5+ years restaurant BOH experience
2+ years as a Head Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or BOH leader
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Calm, organized presence during service
Experience in scratch kitchens preferred
Food safety certification a plus
Schedule
Full-Time | 5 days per week
Closed Monday and Tuesday
Service Hours
Wednesday–Thursday: 4 PM – 9 PM
Friday–Saturday: 11:30 AM – 10 PM
Sunday: 11:30 AM – 8 PM
