L.J Roth Restoration Service- General Construction Labor

Position Overview:

Specialized repairs due to storm/water/fire damage. Job duties would include/but are not limited to:

• Occasional emergency response to temporary and mitigate structure.

• Demolition

• Use of heavy equipment

• Complex structural repair

• Framing

• Drywall

• Cabinets

• Finish work

• Windows/siding

• Ensure work is completed according to measurements, specifications, drawings, plans or other production materials/instructions.

• Proactively communicate job site conditions and concerns that may, or are affecting completion of job.

• Provide excellent customer service and be able to work in a team setting.

• Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.

• Ensure attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people’s property and information.

• Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment, including safe operation of machines and equipment.

• Comply with L.J. Roth Restoration Service policies and procedures, as well as legislative requirements.

Qualifications:

• Construction experience preferred

• Excellent work ethic

• CDL a plus

• Ability to work within a team or independently as needed

• Willing to work evenings, on call and weekends as needed

• Pass Criminal Record Check
