Position Overview
This opportunity is ideal for a associate attorney who wants to practice in a collaborative, client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

Advise individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning and wealth transfer strategies - preference for gift/estate tax experience

Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents

Counsel clients on estate, gift, and charitable planning

Maintain and grow personal client relationships

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Licensed in Missouri (or eligible via reciprocity)

Minimum 2-4 years of estate planning experience, preference for those with gift/estate tax experience

Proven track record of client service and relationship development

No book required, but would be welcomed
