BestLogic Staffing is continuing to grow, and as a result, we are offering a Volunteer OPT opportunity for a Sales Representative (Business Development).

This role is designed to provide hands-on, practical training directly related to the candidate's field of study in business, marketing, and sales. You will gain real-world experience in client acquisition, outreach, and business development within a staffing environment.

This is a structured, supervised role that supports actual business operations while building foundational skills for a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities & Training Areas

As a Sales Representative, you will support business growth through outreach, research, and client engagement:

Lead Generation & Market Research

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Analyze industries, companies, and hiring trends
• Build and maintain lists of target prospects
• Learn how to identify ideal client profiles

Outbound Outreach (Core Sales Activity)

• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
• Introduce BestLogic Staffing services to potential clients
• Learn how to deliver value-based messaging and sales pitches
• Gain experience handling objections and initiating conversations

Client Relationship Development

• Assist in building relationships with prospective clients
• Support follow-ups and ongoing communication
• Learn how to maintain and grow client relationships

Sales Process & Pipeline Support

• Track leads, outreach efforts, and responses
• Assist in managing the sales pipeline
• Support scheduling meetings and follow-ups
• Learn how deals move from prospect to client

Sales Strategy & Process Improvement

• Work alongside leadership on sales initiatives
• Identify areas for improvement in outreach and engagement
• Contribute ideas to improve conversion and response rates
• Gain exposure to real business decision-making

Training & Supervision

• Work under supervision of experienced team members
• Receive ongoing guidance and feedback
• Gain structured exposure to sales and business development
• Participate in real business activities aligned with company growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Comfortable with communication, including phone calls and outreach
• Strong interest in sales or business development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email, Internet tools)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

OPT Requirements (Important)

• Role must be directly related to your field of study
• Minimum 20+ hours per week required
• Must maintain valid F-1 OPT authorization
• Candidate is responsible for confirming eligibility with their DSO

Compensation

This is a Volunteer (Unpaid) OPT opportunity designed for training and practical experience.
