Job Description

These are not your "run-of-the-mill" internships. Fuse offers meaningful, hands-on learning opportunities for students to work with and learn from our team of Digital Communications experts.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop creative social media content ideas.
• Research, develop and turn content ideas into videos, images, infographics, and text captions for multiple brands.
  • Content concepting
  • Graphic design
  • Photography
  • Video creation & editing using in-app editing tools on TikTok & Instagram
  • Copywriting
• Research / monitor trending hashtags and topics while finding unique ways to integrate them into brand content.
• Research relevant influencers for Client campaigns.
• Collaborate with Digital Communications team members on content creation.

Skills and experience

• Understanding of Gen Z and Millennial trends/habits on social channels.
• Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
• Knowledge of social media trends and hashtags.
• Ability to turn a concept into compelling content.
• Ability to incorporate brand voice and identity into digital content.
• Knowledge of the popular social media platforms including in-app video development and editing on TikTok and Instagram.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or other creative tools.
• A passion for action sports, music, fashion or other youth culture is a strong plus.

Educational Requirements

• Applicants must be a high school graduate and currently enrolled in college.
• All internships are unpaid and only available to candidates that are able to receive college credit.
