Job Description

  • Vocalink Connections is seeking dependable and customer-focused Independent Contractors to support inbound customer service operations for our partner clients. Contractors will assist customers through phone, chat, and/or email channels, depending on the client program selected.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency, including typing and navigation skills
  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in a customer-focused environment
  • Quiet, distraction-free home office environment

  • Ability to pass client background check (if required by program)
