Chief Technology Officer
HRCCU is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide strategic leadership for the Information Technology function. This key executive role is responsible for shaping and executing the credit union’s technology vision, ensuring operational excellence, cybersecurity resilience, and member-centric digital innovation.
The CTO will oversee technology across the organization, delivering secure, scalable, and forward-thinking solutions that enhance operational efficiency, support member experience, and drive long-term growth. The CTO serves as the primary technology advisor to the executive team, guiding strategy and investment decisions while balancing innovation with stability, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
This role oversees IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, vendor partnerships, and the IT budget. The CTO will lead long-range technology planning, evaluate emerging technologies (including AI, automation, and fintech solutions), and translate technology initiatives into measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technology leadership, cybersecurity expertise, and strategic vision within a regulated financial services environment.
