Location - Memphis TN( 5 Days WFO) WMS Business Analyst (BA)s profile with 6 - 8+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics. Good knowledge of warehouse operations (Order management(Receiving, Picking, Shipping), Inventory Management). Core Competencies needed for this BA Role :

• Requirements Gathering: Translating operational needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Testing & Support: Leading System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live support.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders across IT and operations.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of WMS issues.

Mandatory Skills: SAP MDM - Master Data Management .

Experience: 3-5 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
