Relocation package available Santa Maria Motorcycles is seeking a skilled ,motivated and organized metric motorcycle technician (BMW preferred, but not 100% nessaserry) to join our exceptional team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service and repair work while maintaining the performance, safety, and reliability standards expected of BMW Motorrad and our other OEM’s.
Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to OEM manufacturer standards
Accurately complete Repair Orders (ROs) with detailed documentation of work performed
Conduct thorough inspections and identify additional service needs
Maintain productivity and efficiency in line with shop goals.
Ensure all work is completed safely, correctly, and on time
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair status and timelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all BMW Motorrad processes, training requirements, and certifications
Assist in keeping shop equipment and tools in proper working condition
Qualifications
Previous motorcycle technician experience required (BMW experience preferred)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with dealership service operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement.
